Consider asking for a room on a lower floor to avoid tricky stairs, especially if you have heavy luggage.

Had a fantastic group getaway with friends. We enjoyed walks along the sea front with its elegant recently restored colonnade and beautiful views. The staff were super kind and the rooms were comfy, making it a great spot to relax after our adventures. Plus, breakfast was cooked to order, which was a nice treat!
One downside was a bit of a wait for service at times, which could be frustrating, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience.

Fantastic location near a lovely park, offering free parking and a warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the helpful owners. The family room was comfortable with adequate amenities, including strong Wi-Fi and good breakfast options. A notable highlight was the delicious Hungarian beef stew served, but the room could benefit from blackout curtains for a better sleep experience.

Cozy Stay with Fantastic Hosts
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the fantastic hospitality from the owners really made it feel like home. The room was adorable, featuring comfy bedding and lovely views of the nearby park, perfect for morning coffee. I also truly appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities alongside some delicious biscuits. One aspect that could be improved is adding blackout curtains to the room for a better night's sleep.

Just an ideal choice for a city holiday in Plymouth with great value. The coffee I had was quite terrible, but the staff was quick to offer a replacement. Keep in mind that the coffee from the machine might not meet your expectations.

Exceptional host service in a quiet location
The warm hospitality from the owners made my stay truly enjoyable. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, along with the added touch of complimentary tea and biscuits. Being right across from the park was perfect for morning walks, and the free parking option made my stay hassle-free. a suggestion for improvement would be to implement blackout curtains for a better sleeping experience.

missingWrote a review on 20 Maysmall bathroom
The bathroom in the Double Room was on the small side, which some couples might find a bit cramped for personal comfort. Minor maintenance issues like older fixtures and carpets in the hallways could use an update, but that's also part of its charm as a period property. The mattress could be thicker for those who prefer a softer bed, and there were moments of noisy neighbors that could disrupt a peaceful evening despite the good overall atmosphere.
